Fieldhead Equestrian is a privately, family-run yard set across 30 acres of countryside, offering livery, retirement care and grazing options.
The yard has been developed with a focus on space, routine, and horse welfare, providing a quiet setting where horses can live comfortably with consistent daily care and attention. With a small number of horses on site, we are able to prioritise individual needs and maintain high standards across all aspects of management.
We currently offer retirement livery, and grazing livery, with a mix of stable accommodation and a variety of sizes turnout paddocks. Our setup allows us to cater for a variety of horses, packages can be tailored to management needs and your expectations.
Field Head Equestrian is in an early stage of development, with a long-term vision to expand into a small livery yard. This future direction is being built carefully, ensuring that the foundation of the yard remains focused on welfare, professionalism, and a calm atmosphere.
Whether horses are here for retirement care, or grazing, they are treated with love and cared for like a part of the family.
Our location
Located on Quarry Road in a peaceful countryside setting, Field Head Equestrian offers excellent access from the M53, Wirral, Cheshire, and North Wales. The yard is also conveniently situated approximately 5 minutes from Leahurst Equine Hospital, combining accessibility with a calm and practical environment for horse owners.
